Their blurb tells us, ever so helpfully, that: "In an epic narrative, sometimes moving, sometimes astonishing, always revealing, Moffat writes an entirely new history of Britain". Wow! Where did I get the idea that it was somehow different? I particularly relish the representation of political concepts like countries with the migrations of humanoid species.
